Seitenbacher Dry Yeast is a special product different to others. We do not use any additives. This yeast is just yeast dryed and packed in a special bag for long shelf life. It´s real, natural yeast. 
Use: 1 Bag 0,35 OZ in a bowl with hand warm water and 1 tsp. honey or sugar. Stir and wait until foam. Put into your dough.
