Whole Grain Wheat
Whole Grain Oats
Barley Flakes
Raisins
Apples dried slices
Sunflower Kernels
Whole Grain Spelt Flakes (Spelt, Barley Malt, Sea Salt)
Whole Grain Spelt Balls (Spelt, Grape Juice Concentrate)
 
SOFT MUESLI TIP:  put 1 cup of muesli in a bowl and pur one cup of cold milk on top.
Wait about 15 to 30 min an let it soak. This softens the flakes and makes a nice healthy meal.
